A moment is a spontaneous date idea you post for others in your circle to see. It can be anything — coffee, a walk in the park, drinks after work, or even a concert you have tickets to. Moments are what make momentum feel alive.
Tap the "+" button in the bottom navigation to create a new moment. Add a title, pick a date and time, and optionally add a photo or description. Your moment will appear in your circle's feed.
Yes! You can edit or delete your moment at any time from your profile or by tapping on your moment in the feed.
When you see a moment you like, tap the heart button to ask that person out. If they accept, you'll be connected and can start chatting!
The other person will receive a notification. They can accept or decline. If they accept, a chat opens between you both so you can plan the details.
Your feed shows moments from people in your circle. Use filters to narrow down by date type, time, or preferences to find the perfect match for your plans.
There might not be any active moments in your circle right now. Be the first to post one! You can also adjust your filters if they're too restrictive.
Discovery lets you browse profiles of people in your circle. It's a way to see who's around even when they haven't posted a moment yet.
Yes, you can use filters to refine who you see based on your preferences — like gender, relationship type, and more.
You can chat once both sides have agreed to connect. When someone accepts your ask-out (or you accept theirs), a private chat opens automatically.
Yes. You can unmatch or report a user from the chat screen. This will remove the conversation and prevent further contact.
Download the momentum app, enter your email, and follow the onboarding steps. We'll send you a verification code to confirm your identity.
Make sure you're using the email you signed up with. Check your spam folder for the verification code. If you're still having issues, contact us through the support page.
Go to Profile → App Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent and all your data will be removed.
You can report a user from their profile or from a chat conversation. Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
Yes. Your exact location is never shared with other users. We only use it to determine which circle you belong to. Read our privacy policy for full details.

Sparks are momentum's in-app currency. You use sparks to ask someone out on a moment. You receive a set amount of free sparks and can purchase more if needed.
Tap on your spark balance in the app to open the sparks store. Purchases are processed securely through the App Store.
Memberships are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find momentum, and cancel there. You can also do this from the app under App Settings → Cancel Membership.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
